The main event will take place at National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest.

The registration and the plenary talks as well as lunch will take place at the Rectorate Building. 

The minisessions will be held at the Library Building.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL JULY 15. To register you need an account first, then lon into your own account and register. 

YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR TITLE AND ABSTRACT AFTER YOU REGISTER AND LOGIN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.

The nearby airport is Henri Coanda airport. 

You can get form the airport via Uber, Bolt or even taxi. For the taxi you probably need to have some romanian cash at hand as not all the cabs accept cards.  Also if you want to get a taxi, as soon as you get out of the baggage pick up and customs, before you exit the airport there are some boots where you can order a taxi.  They will give you a receipt with the number of the taxi.  Reasonable cabs are around 3RON/Km.  One good company is Meridian. 

Another option to get to the city is to take the train to GARA DE NORD.  The trains from the airport run every 20-30 minutes and it is pretty cheap, between 2-15RON and it takes about 30 min to get to Gara de Nord.  GOOGLE MAPS DO NOT SHOW YOU THIS OPTION FROM THE AIRPORT TO GARA DE NORD.  

From Gara de Nord you can get around with the Metro.  The station for the conference is Politehnica.  From there you can get to the Recectorat and also to the Library aound which the conference unfolds.
